Shipping Options
We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and the items in your order. All delivery services are provided by reputable national and international carriers.
International Delivery
Delivery fees and services vary depending on the destination country and the contents of your basket. The exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout after you have entered your shipping address.
Certain products may be subject to import restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you are ordering can be lawfully imported into the destination country. We cannot accept liability for any costs incurred if ordered goods are refused entry.
Customs and Duties
When ordering from our online shop, you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
The shipping fee you pay covers only packaging and delivery. Any import duties, taxes, or tariffs levied once the package reaches its destination country must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. The country of origin for each product is shown on its product page to help you estimate potential fees.
Please note that postage will not be refunded for any orders that are returned due to unpaid customs fees.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be stopped or amended. To cancel your order, you will need to return your parcel within 28 days. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information on your cancellation rights.
Returns and Replacements
Any damage or defects in goods must be notified to us within fourteen days of the delivery date. All items must be returned with the sales invoice within 28 days of the purchase date.
We are unable to offer exchanges. However, we do offer replacement items for damaged or faulty goods. Please contact our Customer Service team with an image of the fault and a copy of your invoice for assistance.
To register a return request, please complete the returns form on our Orders and Returns page. Once approved, return the items securely packaged with a copy of your invoice to our returns address. You will not be liable for shipping fees when returning damaged or faulty goods.
We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the local carrier until you have received credit for your return. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
